Mike is an US Air Force Academy graduate and pilot. He is 56 years old. He holds a Bachelor’s of Science in Economics
and flew KC-135 tankers while working as a budget officer in the comptroller’s squadron.
After the Air Force, he entered the brokerage industry, working with Dean Witter and National Securities as a broker
and later a research analyst. During this time, he authored aerospace sector reports and was a guest lecturer teaching
stocks and options markets.
He later worked as a business development officer in specialty finance companies focused on factoring and purchase order financing.
For the past 7 years, he has been a consultant in an Investor Relations firm working with biotech clients.

He is also a principal of Bioxytran Inc. (OTCMKT: BIXT), which has an early intervention COVID-19 therapeutic in clinical trials.
